Comments	Der Basiskurs bietet eine Einführung in allgemeine Aspekte der laparoskopischen Chirurgie. Im Vordergrund steht die laparoskopische Cholezystektomie, wobei auch eine Übersicht über das weitere Spektrum der laparoskopischen Operationen, z. B. laparoskopische Appendektomie, endoskopische Herniotomie gegeben wird. Die theoretischen Inhalte werden im Workshop durch praktische Übungen ergänzt. Die Teilnehmer führen an Präparaten in Pelvi- und Perfusions-Trainern laparoskopische Cholezystektomien und Appendektomien durch und üben laparoskopische Naht- und Knotentechniken. Durch zusätzliche Basisübungen am virtuellen Simulationstrainer ist es möglich, den Teilnehmern ein messbares Feedback zu ihrer Lernkurve zu geben.
